Mt. Auburn Launches JAM Program
“Jesus and Me” is a new children's worship celebration launched in the summer of 2011. JAM is an interactive, varied, visual worship service designed specifically for children that will help them experience the joy of worship and grow in their relationship to God. This service is designed for children ages Pre-K through 6th grade during 10:30–11:30 time frame in our newly remodeled Chambers Celebration Center. We hope you'll bring your children so they can join us each Sunday at 10:30 a.m!
We want YOU to be a part of JAM!
Yes, you can help our children worship. The variety of talents and opportunities needed to bless children are listed in this booklet. Persons of all ages and a large variety of experience and talent background are needed. Would you like to change a child’s life for eternity? Then check out the opportunities available. Our goal is to build a large data base of persons willing to use their talents and experience on an occasional basis resulting in a varied worship experience that will bless our children. If you are interested in volunteering or have questions about the program, please contact me.

Volunteer Teams Overview
- Equipment Operator Team
Test mikes. Work with the sound board. Operate the visual/video equipment. Input slides to PowerPoint.
- Proclamation Team
Help present an object lession. Tell the scriptural story through magic. Training is available! Can you act? Write a script? How about sewing a costume or working on a set? Be a stage hand!
- Music Team
Help coordinate music by lining up musicians and instrumentalists. Do you play the drum; the guitar? Can you sing? Maybe dancing is your thing...we need YOU!
- Worship Team
Do you love leading kids? Are you energetic? Be a Worship Host! Read scripture as a literagist. Help with hospitatlity by checking kids in and out and welcoming people to the worship space. Be a prayer leader.
